Service & cancellation policies
What is included?
$45 for a one-time order or $40 per bag with a weekly subscription covers pickup, washing, drying, folding and return delivery of one standard bag containing up to 15 pounds of everyday machine-washable laundry. Overfilled bags and specialty items require a separate approved quote.
Pickup and return
Pickup is offered daily, seven days a week, in Raintree Plantation, Hillsboro, MO, subject to availability. Standard return is targeted within 48 hours of pickup, subject to capacity and conditions. Pickup dates are requests until confirmed.
Care preferences
Choose standard or fragrance-free detergent and leave instructions. Orders are labeled and kept separate. Shared laundromat machines cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Empty pockets and identify delicate or restricted items.
Cancellation
Before pickup: full refund, no fee. After collection but before washing: $10 pickup/return handling charge may apply. Once washing starts: nonrefundable, except where required by law or if we did not provide the service. Weekly subscriptions are billed every 7 days until canceled. Cancel or change anytime at raintreelaundry.com/manage; cancellation stops future charges and weeks already billed are still picked up.
Damage and missing items
Report problems within 48 hours after delivery. We investigate individually and do not guarantee stain removal. Nothing here waives non-waivable consumer rights.
Service area and privacy
Service is limited to Raintree Plantation addresses, not all of ZIP 63050; we confirm every address before pickup and fully refund any order outside the area. We use your contact details only to schedule and complete your order and never sell them. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
